I reached out to Chris and he came out that same night to diagnose the problem. He was able to order in the new part and get it installed all within 24 hours! Having a gas leak is scary and Chris went above and beyond and did all kinds of testing to make sure we were safe when he was done with the repair. "Had an absolutely great experience working with Chris to help us investigate and ultimately solve an issue we were seeing where it seemed like our system was short cycling. Chris was immediately responsive (it was really great to be able to work through messages, because it was easier to work around my work schedule, send over pictures, etc before he even came out). On the day of, he diagnosed the issue on the first trip out, put together a plan, and within a week he was back out and resolved the issue, swapping out a part within an hour (I expected at least 3-4). Left the job site clean, and provided a lot of helpful information on things to watch out for and regular maintenance to help with the longevity of the unit as well.
