We noticed a gas smell coming from our basement. I called the gas company and they came out and confirmed there was gas leaking from a valve in our furnace. I reached out to Chris and he came out that same night to diagnose the problem. He was able to order in the new part and get it installed all within 24 hours! Chris was very honest and upfront about his pricing and he made sure me and my husband were comfortable with the quote before proceeding. Having a gas leak is scary and Chris went above and beyond and did all kinds of testing to make sure we were safe when he was done with the repair. I’m very impressed with Sully’s Heating & Air and am so grateful our heat is back up and running safely as it’s starting to get very cold outside. Chris really knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

Of all the companies I had quote me, he spent the most time carefully diagnosing my system and explaining what he found. He pinpointed the cause of some of the issues I was experiencing and, along with a quote for a new system, also provided clear options and pricing for repairing what was wrong. I found him very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. It was clear he genuinely wants to do right by his customers. I'll certainly be calling him for any further HVAC needs.
